As Chairman of Project Love I am deeply involved in our initiatives working with schools to help teens and adults create a culture of kindness, caring and respect.
One of my favorite charities is OneSight, a worldwide program that provides eyeglasses to underprivileged school children to help them succeed in the classroom. My wife, Linda, and I made a substantial donation to bring the program to Cleveland. Then in just three years, the OneSight program located inside the Cleveland Metropolitan School District has provided more than 3,500 eye exams to students, with 3,000 of them receiving eyeglasses. The total value of this gift was more than $2 million. This is just one of several ways I’ve been involved in helping our children receive a quality education.
